    It´s not possible......
I mean, you can try in control.exe , or go to your registry volume settings (but I had no luck with it...)

Maybe this stone old trick can help you a bit.
Place the M8 with its back flat on a surface that can resonate (middle of a table, a window etc)

And of course you should be able to use any 2.0/2.1 speaker system with a standard small headphone plug.

All my MP3 is a high quality like 320 kb.

I notice that the first generaton of M8 had a louder speaker but sound quality was poor, now the SE have have better sound quality but the volume is not high

Maybe be your master volume is not set to 100%.
You can set it to 100% with M8Sprite.
Else, i don't know how to help you out...
I know my answer is pretty obvious, but you never know......

In my case the sound quality is the highest level. Just listening to lossless audio types, we obtain:
    - Amazing impressions of listening,
    - Almost completely inaudible "for normal ear" noise inside the device,
    - Lack of harmonic distortion in a very wide range of frequencies
FLAC files, listen to excellent, the APE files I would write the same thing but the device during playback, significantly slows down, the problem has existed since the very beginning, from the first version of the software I had.
