Any way to backup gprs settings?

This is a discussion on Any way to backup gprs settings? within the General Meizu M8 forums, part of the Meizu M8 category; is there anyway to back it up so dont have to keep re doing it all when changing firmwares ??? ...

    maybe it's stored in the registry, but I cannot check that now. You could do a screenshot of the settings instead :-)

    yeah its easy

    In your Windows folder there is a file called "UsrConnectNode"
    backup it and then if u need copy it back ^^

    Wow, that is easy.
    Makes me wonder why neighter the build-in Backup nor M8 Sprite does that for you...
    Maybe it is as easy to backup and restore WLAN settings and passwords?

    I think it is common knwolwdge for 'early adapters' since as far as i know you needed to edit that file in some firmware versions to activate the GPRS profiles.
    Since i never needed to do that on my SE i thought it was burried somewhere in the registry and never bothered to look '^^

    We just need another poweful way to backup and restore our Windows OS with Wondershare Time shuttle.

    However, I installed this tool on my PC, OMG! It's wonderful. It seems that any computer problems can be sovled by it, virus infection, detested blue screen, data loss, anything you can imagin. It lets you restore system and recover files from up to 1,000 restore points of snapshots you created. And you can fix all these problems in just a few seconds.
