No Sound in Earpiece

hi @ all,

i recieved my Meizu M8 SE today! The phone is gread ... but i have a big problem!
if i answer calls or make calls i have no sound in my earpice (headset / speakers are full funktional!)
i've tried different FW versions ... nothing ...
please can anybody helf me, i don't want to send the phone back. maybe its only an software bug!? hopefully no the hardware ...

Try plugging in an out your earphones a few times, it should solve the problem. What's your software version?

i recieved it today with FW 0.9.3.7 no sound ... updated to 0.9.3.8 still no sound.
i've plugging in and out the headphones many times, still the same problem

Maybe try with another set of headphones if you have some around...I don't have any other ideas how to fix it right now.

its very frustrating and strange! i tested the phone with mptest running the earpiece test and the sound comes out of the speakers ...

That should be positive, because it must be software related.
And 'broken' software can be repaired, broken hardware not...
Have you tried a registry reset?

yes! i have no more ideas ... i think the inbuild speaker is simply broken or something like that ...
thats very frustrating! so i must send the phone back to china and wait for a new one and that will take some time.
shit happens! but the m8 is definetily the phone i was searching for
