M8 already broken?

Hello!
I got serious problems with my m8.
The touchscreen doesnt react at some points of the display.
for example @ music i could press the play button 20 times... nothing happens, 5mins later it works... but then nothing happens with an icon on the desktop.... just for example.
what do you guys suggest to do?

Is this under room temperature?

have you tried the trick posted here...Broken touch functionality (Any suggestions?)

thanks for the quick replies... im going to try that trick now... and yes its probably under room temp. becuz i have it in the pocket of my wool coat ... but it shouldnt be that cold in there becuz i got my hand there to...

lol but what do they mean by electric tape...it would be kind of helpful if that method was available in correct english :/

the old battery under low temperature will make m8 become strange so maybe is the battery problem .
