WIFI Not Working On M8

I have searched on this site and cant find a solution to my problem which is i can get WiFi to work.
I have only had the phone 1 day.
The problem i am having is either i get the message saying "Network Link Not exist,Please Open Setting!" or if that message does not pop up,it starts to load a page and stops immediately with another error message which you can see from the screenshots below.
Is there any special set up you need to do,or should it work from default.
I have Meizu M8 SE,FW 9.3.7.I have tried all the settings and nothing seems to work,it is a brand new phone so the WiFi should work.
My signal strengths are various,from 1 bar to 3 bars but still no connection.
I have had no previuos experience with mobile wifi internet so everything i have tried is all new to me.

Yes i have tried several and always the same result.
Also nearly everywhere i go when i do a search in Wlan it comes up with "PJ Wireless5" network,but i can never connect to it,is that some sort of generic term for a network ?,also what is the WAPI button for ??,whenever i press it and select yes,it just reboots my phone...thanks

Dear Meizu team,

Please develop the patch for "Network Link Not exist,Please Open Setting!" issue as we are not able to access the emails & internet on MEIZU M8 SE 16 GB White. If any solution is readly availaible then please provide the same.
