Guarantee

Hey guys,
just thought about the situation my M8 doesn't work anymore -hope this will never happen - and i have to send it to meizu.
I bought my device on ebay, but from a private person who bought the phone directly in china.
I got a warranty card, too and now I#m asking myself how i can contact meizu and ask for a new one or to repair my old one.
Perhaps someone already has experience with this.

I bought mine from ebay as well, the regular m8 16gb. After 2 weeks of use there was no signal at all. All I did was ship it back to meizu with a sheet stating the problem of the phone, what I want in return, and my contact info. Surprisely their service was way better than I thought.. They actually called me (I am in the US) to confirm my email and then contacted me through email. They only charged me for physical dmg(which my phone had) and shipping fee through Western Union, and I didn't even have a warranty card. A week later my new m8 SE 16gb was here =)

if your screen is not working ,you could change a se m8 for free(this is the policy of meizu ) could you tell me which country do you live in ,then I will give you the service phone number of MEIZU ,,
