Problems with my Meizu 8

Hello,

i have some problems with my Meizu M8. Some appz not working and other small Problems. I bought it and there was already firmware 0.9.2.7 on it.

I would like to ask what is better? To make a system restore? Or download the Firmware again and install new????

Do i lose my contact list in both options?

What exactly happend when i make a system restore?

Whatever you choose, do a backup before! If you don´t trust your backup then copy the the backup (contacts) to your PC.

If you make a backup, you can just renew your system. Don't worry! Go ahead!

I resetting the registry means that programs will be deleted, does that include the programs that were installed in the phonewhen it was new?

hey,

programs in /disk wont be deleted, linking in registry to the apps will be deleted...
but you can resotre it if you want.
