since meizu passed the official inspection it should be within the margins ..above 1.5 is bad (above 2 is dangers) while 0.1 to 0.99 is pretty good.

but maybe by using google you could find a diy-link on how to make such simple rf tester?
Or if you know people in an university... i guess thay have such tools.

as far as the CE mark inside the phone isn´t faked, please note the following:
CE mark - Wikipedia, the free encyclopediaThe CE marking (also known as CE mark) is a mandatory conformity mark on many products placed on the single market in the European Economic Area (EEA). The CE marking certifies that a product has met EU consumer safety, health or environmental requirements.
i´m not absolutely sure, but i think that the phone is tested and safe....and if it someday will hit the europeen market, then its assured!get a Nexus and be happy...
