Dane-Elec Meizu

Are the Dane-Elec meizu's the same as the other ones like the ones from asia or are they totally different? is the asian ones better or they the same? and for the firmware if i get a meizu from dane-elec do i still use the firmware from the english meizu site?

and where is a good place to buy a meizu? is walgreens a good place? or is it better to buy of amazons from a asian seller and get one from there? just wondering before i buy one.

Every Meizu (as far as i know) has Dan-Elec Hardware. But Dane-Elec is distributing the european versions as fa as i am concerned

i had the same questions...

1. dane-elec and asian M6's are the same in hardware, only the firmware is different which basically means you don't get chinese language support, may have restrictions on volume and FM tuner capabilities for firmware that comes on dane-elec models

2. you can download firmware from meizu's china site onto a dane-elec model to display asian language and bring back the volume and FM tuner capabilities BUT this will void your dane-elec warranty

3. you can HOWEVER as some members suggested ROLL BACK the firmware on your dane-elec M6 if you need to claim dane-elec warranty
