    M6 Phone Concept

Hi everyone! I had a little free time today, so I through together a design for a cellphone combined with the M6. Just thought I would share it with you

Features: everything the M6 can do with all the functions of a phone! It is a slidey phone, so when not in phone use, it looks and feels just like a normal M6!

    THIS should be the miniONE!
Only it should have a slightly larger screen just to make it an update.

But yeah I'd buy this if it were really ANY day

pretty nice design, just a question though... is it touchscreen?
Internet has an answer for every question out there, not likely to be always the answer you're looking for.

It would be cool if the whole thing was a single touch screen ( like the screen, the touchstrip, and the keypad are all seperate touchscreens) so that whatever way you hold it, it can still be used!

Although I like the way it looks, and it is clearly at least a bit more original than the miniOne (iPhone), this probably wouldn't be Meizu's choice for a phone. The slider concept is an interesting one, but has been overused, and to break into the market, Meizu really needs something new (like dual touch screens, dual slider, keyboard, etc. that other phone companies are using).

Still, well done. I wish you were working for Meizu - you could certainly give them a few pointers.

I never really thought about that. I don't know if the phone would get too big if it used a touch screen instead of a regular LCD panel. It's just a concept, so I guess it could have a touch screen that would make things a bit more fun

@ iamdmc: It would be fun working with meizu! I just need to learn more about electronics and how they work first :c)

I think that phone is beautiful. I don't value a touchscreen at all as the screen is small and I don't have small hands. The buttons on my Sony Ericsson phone are already too small for my hands, so I don't particularly care for touchscreens.

Nice job, you did a good job connecting the M6 design to a Motorola RAZR style keypad. Love your red and green button, though they might be a bit abstract. Only thing I don't like is the font on the screen... never been fond of Times New Roman other than in printed novels or maybe academic papers. And books. Don't like it on screen.
