    Won't detect albums

Hi! New at the forum. I looked over some other posts with the same problem. (It was like hundred of them) But I didn't understand half of the solutions people had come up with, so I made this post where I hope I will get some answers I understand.

So as you probably understood my M6 doesn't detect albums. For instance when I put (let's say) Paper Trail in the MUSIC folder. ( of course I put a folder called Paper Trail into the MUSIC folder) When I then turn on my M6 an choose albums, it is not there. But when I choose Brwoser it is there. (yes I have tried to update music library) And the strange thing is that it hasn't happened until a few weeks ago.
So does anyone have a solution to this problem, please explain in the simplest way you can.

So ... just a simple question: You have id3-v2 - tagged your music properly?

Nope, I used a program called Tag&Rename. And there it shows that it is all correctly tagged.

When you go Brower and select your music do your player show the Album name?

Try tagging them in windows by right-click and see if it is still correctly. Alternative you could use another program and double check.

    2. The player sometimes doesn’t like if you put music that have same Album name like the folder name. That’s normally for let the Album art work correctly but shouldn't really be the problem in your case. You could try renaming your folders and see if that work.

    3. Otherwise if you using mp3's try scan your files with this program.

Just to ensure that your files don't suffer problems. Might be a good idea. I feel I get less play issues and more stable tags but I never got that issue like you so can't tell if it may help. It usually finds lots of problems in my cases.
