No artist/album info

Just got my Meizu M6 2gb SP and so far have been impressed with it. Just one frustration -- can't get the Meizu to recognize any artist/album info. Thus, everything is "unknown" and really tough to find. I've updated the firmware, reloaded the songs, updated the music library, all with no effect. I've taken the songs out of an Itunes library. Does that matter?

i no this may be a drag 2 do but right click on the song details and edit it 2 your needs plus u can put lyrics
