I was wondering. as when i game comes out it is expensive and the price drops. is this a lot tru for mp3 players or does it dpened on the brand?
like if i was to wait for the m6 8gb dya think it would be worth waiting for a drop in price or would this be insignificant or take ages?? or would it not hapeend until they replaced it with a newer model?

I personally don't think there is a price drop. The RRP (recommended retail price) always remains the same. It just depends on the currency exchange rate, the specials that stores put up, or just the out-datedness of the music player. You just have to get the player at the right time!

I think it will. Here in China, the price drop is very noticiable at many stores: almost 100 RMB Yen each 2-3 months. when i bought my miniplayer 4gb sp and complete (luxury or delux) version it was 1,150 RBM Yen (about 140 dollars), now after 1 month is about 1,100 RBM (some ~7 dollars difference).

Price in China differs a lot compared to miniplayer.info site.

however, just like with any electronic device you can always wait for a lower price for a better product but that will end up in you never buying anything...

at some point you will just have to jump in if you want a product like that

haha ive been wating like 4 years. i paid for one once and retuned it. but i reckon 8GB will be big enouigh for me to have all my best stuff and a big enoguih screen since i dont want a big player and bascially with formware updates it is good enough now - lolz

I'v just by one and the price was 1000RMB for a miniplayer 4Gb.
I'v had difficulties to find a 4Gb in small shop but there you can try to negociate...

It's clear that it will be shipper into some month but there will always be a new product...

I´ve bought my 8GB ver. for 4200CZK...ie. 210USD...

I haven't noticed a price drop on ebay at all, maybe even a slight increase. I got mine before sumer for 147usd including shipping, it was 8gbs and came with 2 cases and an arm band. Now the cheapest you can get that is like 160.
