Unknown artists

hi everybody~ i have purchased a miniplayer SL a few days back, and some problems i have...

i tried to use many mp3 rippers but found that itune actually has the best database for song names and stuff, so i used it to rip a few cds. and the problem came when i placed those ripped mp3 into the music folder of the m6sl, i disconnected it from the pc, updated the music lib.(which took ages), and when i try and find those newly ripped songs, they were placed in the unknown artist folder when i am 100% there are artists name and ablum name with the songs.

I have updated my firmware to the newest version, but that didnt help one bit.

another problem i have got here, everytime i disconnect the device from the pc, i do the safely remove thing, however after prodeeding such action the device is still stuck with the connected with computer screen.

is this just me or does everyone have the same problem?

same problem here! Very frustrated with it. Some end up by artist or album, a lot in the unknown category and that is impossible to deal with. if u get an answer, let me know. at least I got music, my player works and sounds great, and I got my $20 rebate so my Meizu 2GB SP only cost me $25! Hoo-yah!

I think its just itunes, cuz it did fine with other ripping programs like freerip and EAC.
