Seems that I need more than latest firmware! dont know what I did but on the screen of my m6 sl "no resource" please upgrade resource again! written I wonder anyone can tell me to what to do.

Just follow mbarry's guide with this firmware:

The SP2.004.6 link is for Chinese! Could you plead provide the link for the English version?

It says: Settings -> Language
Press the M button until you can't go any further back, and then select the menu options.

I updated firmware as you said. Now finally the Chinese characters can be displayed correctly!

dear sir i have an miezu m6 player and due to my computer failing i have lost all the programme bits to download things. i have tried the batman thing and it just does not playbak properly i also downloaded the other 2 programmes that were sugested but none of them work for me.i am not very computer liturate so a lot of the down loads need to be idiot proof. i would really like to be able to down load my films etc again as my player goes everywhere with me and is in desperate need of being updated wit picture and videos please can you help cheryl

Please tell us the first four letters of the serial number or maybe all of them if you wish. Perhaps the line above it too if you have one. It usually says what kind of version your player is.
Seems I can't really figure from your letters what version. My best guess would be a T1 right now, but far from sure about that.

My M6 player's model # is DA-M4-02-MZ3 and I just updated firmware to SP 2.004.6.

The only problem with it now, is video playing. I transferred AVI files into it and it does not play them.

Anything else I should upgrade? Thanks guys !
