Can't View Photos & Video Libraries

I've had this problem for a few days now, and upgrading firmware or changing skins doesn't work. When I open either library from the main menu, or browse 'Pictures/Video/Record /Playlist...' the folder is open but there are no contents [there is i@ve checked].

Problem fixed: I just left the player to its 'update music library' for 10 minutes and shut down automatically.
