my zoo, I'm guessing he wants to know where the firmware is. It is located here:
    2.004.6 Official Release SP\TP\SL

Just make sure you use the proper version.

You asked for the firmware and I gave you the firmware. Nothing will help you if what you're asking has been answered and it "no help you".

If you're asking how to upgrade the firmware, read the link that my_zoo gave you.

Ah c'mon, don't make fun of her. Maybe english is a foreign language to her and so she has problems to express herself. (Btw. to me too, so don't make fun of me either! :P)

@Julia: What exactly is your problem? You don't know how to upgrade the firmware? Have you tried to do it and now your Meizu isn't working anymore? Please explain your problem more detailed.

Hi and welcome to the Forums Julia. You look on the back of your player and see the model. Go to the Link provided by JkPwNsTeR, and download the same firmware as the version on the back of your player. Then olug your player into your computer, and put the resource.bin, and m6sl.ebn into your player's drive in "My Computer". You might need to un rar the file first, so google "WinRar" and download that to your computer first. Hope this helps!
If you are having trouble with your player, please visit this thread first and try the steps before you panic. Most likely you will be able to fix your player easily using the steps listed.

Players: Meizu M6 SP 4GB, iPod Touch 4G
Headphones: SoundMAGIC PL-50s, Auvio In-Ear Armatures, Bose QC-15s.
Current Audio Congifuration: X-Fi Elite Pro w/LM4562 Mod -> Mission MS-50 + Boston Acoustics Subwoofer
