Video converter in Vista Home Premium x64

I can't get the video converter to work... like, at all. I'm running Windows Vista Home Premium x64.

I run the program, and it launches. I add files to a list to convert, set a destination folder, and click start.

Nothing happens. At all. It just stares at me like I hadn't done anything. So I click start again, nothing.

It's downright bizarre, and very frustrating... I bought this specifically to watch video on.

*right click icon* - *Run as Administrator*

Just figured that out, actually. Thanks.

Got it converting a file now... not calling this a win until I put the file on the player and it works.
