    Games - BoxMan

    Hi everyone!

I am really keen on learning how to finish any levels higher then level 1... (i've only past level 1) and is currently stuck on level 2. Anyone that has finished the game, have any ideas or would like to give a walkthrough here?

    Glad to hear from anyone?

    hi,
i,ve finished that game ten years ago .... i don't remember how now
BTW the stage number 2 on the MINIplayer is maybe the 10th on the full arcade game.
i,ve downloaded a editable demo version from the net and built an exact reproduction of stage 2 so i can play on my pc instead of the M6 (keyboard arrows allows you to play much faster).
i count to finish the stage very soon but after that how to explain how to complete it to you?
    greetings

    Ciao

    hi iversonjack,
the arcade that i had long time ago was exactly the same as the one on the m6 (i mean same graphic and colors) but if i remember well with 20 stages (looks like meizu skipped most of the extra easy ones like from 1 to 10)
i remember for some of them i took days but this are the kind of games that i love, simple concept but a lot of brain work
anyway the version that i have now edited is called boxman, christmas version, it changes the colors but works exactly the same, it is only a demo so i don't know how many stages it has exactly.
well i just got back from work so let me go play with it a little, if you want i can mail the edited stage to you so you can play on your pc too.
i tell you when i done

Boxman is ridiculous. I've put in about 15 hours into stage two, and I continue to find new combinations and sets of movements that open up more doors to more combinations. At any rate, this is one of the harder puzzle games I've played.

I hope I can pass this stage without resorting to looking on this forum!

I'm stuck in Level 2 (like some others here). I've racked my brain trying to come up with a solution, and sometimes I get this short-lived AHA! moment, before I see the colossal mistake I've made by trying to solve the puzzle.

At one point I started to wonder if the level is playable at all. Maybe the folks at Meizu were just having a chuckle. However, I only think that way when I'm at my most frustrated.

Anyway, I'd love to hear from someone who passed level 2 on the miniplayer.

After I prepared some pics for my skin I thought that I had solved the problem ... but after starting the game on the Meizu I had disappointed recognized that I just had build the stage wrong

I'm starting to believe that this stage isn't possible to clear.. :/

PS: At game start I can chose between stage 1 to 5 .. is that normal? I never have solved stage 2

I found out that it is actually much easier to play if you use a more "subtle" skin than the original pics.

Try liquidsense's, I really like it!

yeah so anyone beat level 2 or 3?

level 1 was easy, but i've thought a lot about 2 and 3 and i don't believe they are logcally possible. i've gone through a lot of situations in my head and they all end up blocking a necessary path or leaving a block on a wall that you cant get out of

i can't believe i wasted so much time where i could be listening to my professors in class. there needs to be recording while playing games.

Stage 2 and 3 is OFFICIALLY un-finishable. Do not try to finish it any further. I spent ages on it, and no solution was raised. Maybe this is a bug from meizu :O

What do you mean Officially? Did you get confirmation from Meizu? Or are you saying that you Personally think they are unfinishable?

I said that out of my own, and others with the Meizu's experience.
It is physical impossible to beat that game, apart from level 1.

I'm gonna write a program that tries all possibilities and then we will see if stage 2 is possible.

I've beaten 1, 2, 3, and 5. 3 was easier than 2, but after solving 2, I realized how stupidly easy it was if you came at it the right way in the first place. I might post a spoiler on how sometime. Hint for #2: you have to get the top left 2 boxes moved over to the right 1 square without blocking your path around.

    Hint 2: That's step 9, 10, and 11.

Also, it seems there's only 5 levels, which is kinda dumb. After 5 you go back to 1. It's dumb because after you beat them all, there's no solving involved anymore. Then you just have useless built in data stuck on your miniplayer. These games should be modular and stuck by themselves into a games folder, so that new ones can be added, or ones you don't feel like having on there anymore because you beat them already can be taken off.

grr i thought so long and hard while waiting for my appointment in the morning about how to get them over without blocking but i never thought to just move them both over one. good to know they are beatable.. ahh i cant get to my m6 right now though

the other game's controls are much too tedious for me.
