I Need Help!!

My Meizu Is Completely Dead Will Not Charge Will Not Power On Will Not Do Anything. Every Once Ina While When U Touch A Button A White Screen Will Appear For A Half A Second But Nothing Will Happen. I"m Reading Dfu Tools Might Fix This But I Have No Idea How To Install It. I Dowloaded It But I Just Dont Know How To Apply To To The Neizu At This Point. Please Help!!!

What version do you have? SP? SL? TP?

I have the SP version

Hi and welcome to the MeizuMe Forums. Just follow the post above, and see if you fix your player after going through the checklist. If you're still having trouble, post here again. When you plug your player into your computer, do you get anything in the M6's screen, such as charging? When you turn on your player, try holding down the power button for 5 seconds, instead of just quickly pressing it, that might be your problem. Hope this helps.

Hi guys. One of the MeizuMe members emailed me directly with a question. As I don't own any Meizu players, I don't know how to help him. Here's part of his email:

I bought my Meizu mini player 2 years ago from yihu, china. The soft ware is in chinese. Can you help me download the soft ware in english that would allow me copy pictures and songs to my Meizu. Here is the model number:
