touchstrip

This is a discussion on touchstrip within the General Meizu M6 forums, part of the miniPlayer M6 / SL category; i heard somewhere that the touchstrip was too senstive. is this true? and is there a way to change that? ...

What i noticed is that the touchstrip on the white version is slightly more towards the oversensitive side than the one on the black version.
This is because the material the strips are made of is a bit different
I prefer the black strip which certainly isnt oversensitive but very comfortable to use.
There is no way to adjust the sensitivity of the strip. You can however calibrate the strip when you find it to not work work properly. This is done by pressing the Enter button for a second while the player is playing a song.

A calibration screen will appear. Test the strip by sliding your thumb up and down the strip.
If functioning correctly a green square will light up.
After this, press play again to calibrate the strip and then press the M button to get back to your song.

hmm.. i own the white tp and i'm not having any problems with the touchstrip. although, of course, i can't compare it to how the black m6 touchstrips work since i don't own any black ones. :D
