Tinted there as well. Actually those tinted cases are not quite visible on your players screen.
IMO silicone cases are the option to choose, specially if you can get a Meizu Silicone Case, silicone is not that bulky but it doesnt cover screen tho. I've been using a Meizu Silicone Case for a while now and it is just great, since i have the screen protectors, there are no problems on screen so far.
There are Meizu brand silicone cases BTW

There are "skins" though (they are called faceplates). They come in 3 different colors, and protect the front of the miniplayer. Also there is a clear screen protector to protect the back. Here is a link http://www.store.miniplayer.info/pro...sp?cat=11&pg=2

Ohh well, if you mean faceplates... lol, yes, they cover your player's screen but i heard it can leave glue marks if you want to remove it.

thats correct...
the faceplates actually pull off the protective layer on the player when you remove them
the colored cases do discolor your screen slightly and imo make the player bulky...
the silicone cases are not that bad but they dont cover the screen.
On the other hand... the screen of the player does come with a protective layer which can be replaced so it will be able to take some rough treatment in your bag

I have transparent crystal case that i use everyday with necklace and i just found it perfect! At first sight I wanted coloured crystal case but after some reflexion I found it would be better not to have the same effect as when you put rose or yellow sunglasses on the nose...

I wear it all along the day... In my office, in the train, etc... I feel it only when in need to run a bit...

the player weighs 55 grams , anyway , Ive got a green case and a transparent case , the tinting is hardly noticable , and you cannot tell a differance when the screen is turned on , although if yuo get dirt or a fingerprint underneath the plastic (which often happens) is annoying , i have a white silicon case ( pc branded one) and it works well , but not enough protection to the screen , i coverd the screen with king film for a while (with the silicon case , worked well) and if i got a scratch to the screen didnt matter , i could just peel off the clingfilm , but if its creased when putting over the top then its annoying , but because the case is a tight=t fit it holds it secure once yuo get it right.
( Sorry for bad spelling , need to get the door quicky)

I use a silicone skin. I've used it for about six months. Although the screen is not protected, there is not a scratch to be seen. I'm quite careful with my player though.
I don't know the exact form and material of the crystal case, but I must mention an added advantage of the silicone case: it will protect your player from slipping off tables and the like. The silicone/rubber really makes it hard for the player to move around. I can't believe that a clear plastic case will have the same advantage.

I have the same sort of decision problem here. I just ordered my meizu for two reasons: 1) I recently had my other Mp3 player stolen, which i would use for running a lot, and I need a replacement that i could run with. and 2) because it is not an Ipod!
So basically, I'm asking, which would be better for use while running?

crystal doesnt protect from shocks very well

I had silicone for my Teclast T29 player, and I didn't like it too much. Crystal case seems to be better. :/

Hey, I am going to buy a case, and I was wondering how scratch resieistant the factory installed protection layer is? Is it worth buying another protection layer, and where can I buy a replacement layer. Thank you.
