    Meizu m6 lookalike

week ago I have seen a meizu m6 lookalike. it was thicker than maizu and had a memory card slot and the sensor was probably NOT touchpaddish because there was a OK button in the middle of it. it was 2GB for about $110 in the czech republic. will try to take picture of it and submit it.

    Let me guess, Creative Zen?

My girlfriend's sister has one of these. They are pretty decent. Nice screen and fairly decent sound quality (M6 is still better, though, might have been me tweaking the EQ on my M6 to work perfectly with my earphones) but the controlls are annoying. Might take some time to get used to, but I prefer the M6's touchpad. Ofcourse, the memory card slot is great and the M6 should have had one. She bougth a 4GB player and put an 8GB card in it giving het 16GB of space.

I think he means something like this, a generic OEM Chinese MP4 player.
Can't wait to play with the Meizu MX!

Those are horrible. My mom got one thinking it was like mine. It was an Action Chipset playing AMV files. It turned out to be hacked showing 4gb of memory when it was only 2. The battery life was awful. It wouldn't even get through one movie. Anyone looking for something similar to a Meizu, keep looking. I got my mom a Meizu SL for her birthday and she is amazed by the quality compared to that piece of crap.

I noticed the one Error posted shows it is a Rockchip, but I still wouldn't rely too much on it being a quality player.

Error, that might be the one. I wasn't really sober that time, but will not forget the circular button in the middle. Eeew.
