M6 SL 4GB NEW wont start.

Hey 1st thing i did with my new m6 was charge it. Then after 3 hours i came back to it and held down "Play" There is a little glow on the sides and only that happens. After I can here the clicks from the scoll pad.
I have tried ALL resets.
Updates.
All the tools here.
Nothing.
Is the LCD broken? When I charge it apparently working M6SL will have a battery logo I heard. My one stays blank.

Any help?

If you can hear the clicking when you are navigating through the menus, then you have a defective LCD, or the LCD ribbon is not connected. I would ask the retailer for a replacement player.
