    Warranty problem

    I have a problem.
My M6 is dead, and I really tried everything I could find on the internet, but I just can't fix it. DFU tools don't connect.

For this reason, I would like to send my player back to the guy I bought it from: Edwin Mendez. He sold a lot of these players, official.
However, I cannot find any contactinformation.
    His old emailaddress is dead.

I heard that the warranty is "recognized" via the s\n. Is this true? If it is, to where can i send my player?

ps. Sorry for my bad english

    Wow his email has changed?

How long have you had the player? What happened before it died? Both make a difference in your options... but I wouldn't hold out hope.

According the Meizu, if you don't have the receipt or warranty card, they can tell by the serial number. Translated version of http://www.meizu.com/support/faq.asp

Always contact your seller for warranty, if the seller can't be contacted you're own your own trying to fix it unfortunately.
Can't wait to play with the Meizu MX!

I have the player for less then a year. I charged it once, and after that it died. Nothing spectacular.

I'm afraid i'll have to pay a new one...
