Who told you to use DFU tools?
You failed to read FAQ and search for older topics and also wrongly assumed that DFU tools was supposed to be used in this situation.
The green screen coupled with a "no resource" is a natural step when upgrading firmware. By using DFU tools, one can make a small problem into a HUGE one.
Do you still have the green screen? Can't wait to play with the Meizu MX!

Thanked 55 Times in 43 Postsdownload the last firmware here 2.004.6 Official Release SP\TP\SL
then put the ressource.bin and the m6.ebn in the root folder of your player if you have the same error retry and put only the ressource.bin in the root folder. be careful if you are updating from 2.003 or earlier versions this will format your player during install so be sure to backup any data you want

there is no folder named ROOT. it means the uppermost folder, called the root folder.

We all have those days :P. I still don't get the first poster's problem though... It should've worked.
If you are having trouble with your player, please visit this thread first and try the steps before you panic. Most likely you will be able to fix your player easily using the steps listed.
