stuck connected to usb

my m6sl is stuck in the Connect to USB state and won't get out of it. I tried holding down the M for 12 seconds and the >|| (play, pause) for 12 seconds and even both for 12 seconds, nothing. There is no On/Off switch on the m6sl so I can't find anywhere to reset it. I have plugged it back into my computer and nothing, computer doesn't recognize it. No it isn't on hold.

nvm, i got. Have to hold it for 25 seconds.
