Cannot Convert Avi Movies

Hi

Yesterday I got my new miniplayer. The video converter on the CD does not convert my 700 MB avi movies. What should I do? I have tried using batman on Vista and it does not work.

first of, the video converter on the CD requires permission , for that you can either right click and run as administrator OR you can right clicky the program and go to properties and from there you can give full ownership to your account....

as for batman its the same thing ... after that you just have to drag and drop your video file on the batman icon (shortcut)....
also please try searching next time....there are plenty of threads around that cover video problems..
