unable to read chinese character

    unable to read chinese character

    hi all

    i listen to both english and chinese song.currently i am using the lastest english firmware with language set to English. However, i am not able to read my chinese song name(Cannot display chinese characters).

    does anyone has firmware that allow me to read both eng and chinese character without me changing he language?

    Use UTF-8 to encode the song names.

    i new in this.
    1)how do i encode the song name?
    2)is it for every song i need change the encode ?

    i notice that the if i read frm the browser, i would be able to read both the english and chinese.sorry for so many question

    1. You need a tool to do that.
    2. Yes, of course, if you want to see the song names.
    3. Sorry, I don't know.

    In Linux it would be very simple -- extract the tags/comments, convert them to utf8, then write them back. In Windows I don't know how to do that, though.

    好,这个很容易!!!换个固件(software)吧,然后把字体换成中文(Chinese)就可啦,我保 证没问题。

    You can translate the Chinese language resources to English in the firmware also.
