I received my Meizu SL 8gb player and when I turned it on I saw it was broken on the lcd display.
I don't know if it's cause of the delivering or something else. I just opened the box and it was broken.
What should I do?

what do you mean with "broken"? The LCD has a crack and is physically damaged, or the LCD just does not work as you expect?

Contact seller. Sellers responsibility if it's like that on arrival.
Can't wait to play with the Meizu MX!

They might tell you to send it back before refund, which will probably cost a lot. You can send the player-only without accessories in a envelope, this will save you a lot money. I doubt that they will refund the shipping cost. And I don't think that they will send you a refund, but a replacement.

Yeah, if you bought it from a trusted seller, no worries.
If you are having trouble with your player, please visit this thread first and try the steps before you panic. Most likely you will be able to fix your player easily using the steps listed.

Did you buy it directly from Meizu? If so, just use their main contact E-Mail, or Call them if at all possible.

As far as I know, you can not buy them directly from Meizu. Direct Sources is a website that sells many different products, so if you bought it from them I would contact them or the seller that you bought it from.

Thanked 19 Times in 19 PostsHi "Fedek"
About contacting Meizu, 11 days ago I did send too a mail to both address about a question about they should fix a very annoying bug in the firmware. Over 200 people have pleased for it here to be fixed.
Now I'm still waiting an answer like you.
You are not alone with the having trouble getting through.
There are some people around here too there should work hard to get even a single reply. I don't know why.
Either they are slow, can't read English or maybe they just only read there mails when they get bored. :P
Try sending the mail again. It might be the only thing there works.

I think the best solution is to call, because you actually have someone there. Try to put together what you plan to say on a piece of paper and just read it.
