If you run low on space, consider lower bitrates for your music. I personally like 115 kbit ogg-vorbis. That makes a mere 40-60 MB per album and sounds still alright.

Thanked 1,049 Times in 391 PostsI never understand how 4 gb isn't enough for music... I mean you won't listen to the whole 8+ gb in a day anyway. You can load up different things on it every day :D

Thanked 0 Times in 0 PostsYes, but if you have 10 GB music on your PC and you can only carry 4 GB with you on your mp3 player you will always want to listen to a particular song that is on your PC but not on your mp3 player
Therefore: You can't have enough memory. Gimme more more more!

Thanked 0 Times in 0 Postsyes, and also i like to have certain tv series episodes on my player for watching when i am on the train, these also take a lot of space
and when the m8 comes, if it has dvb-t recording we will need a lot of space for these recordings, so please make a 16 and 32 gb model.

Yeah, I'll pick up the M8 with at least 8gb, because of the videos/programs (hopefully) and such...
Altough I think I keep my M6 for music, because the M8 will be too big to fit in my pocket. I hate carrying around anything in my pockets...(other than the M6 of course):D

I've got an 8gb and I've got with 4 or 5 movies on it, a whole tv season and I don't know how many songs. I had more songs but after downloading them to the player, I can't figure out why I liked them enough to do so. So on came more videos. I would have to work pretty hard to fill a 16gb. :D

Thanked 0 Times in 0 PostsAn 8G version can store about 1500-1600 good quality MP3s (close to the limit of Meizu filesystem around 1700, so more than 8G memory doesn't make sense until they bypass this limit).
Of course it depends on usage, but it could mean you don't have to delete/upload songs even for weeks - now that's quite a pleasant thing...
