Hi .. all...
i couldn't connect my new m6 to my home's pc ... but i did not
have any problem ... with my office computer .... :-S
both running windows xp .. sp2 .....
it says "unknow device" .. or something like that....
any ideas???

and nothing ....
what should i do next??

Thanked 0 Times in 0 PostsTry plugging the M6 into the PC while holding the DFU Tools buttons (those ones that should let you connect it even with a broken down firmware). Say what happens.

But you could try to reinstall your USB drivers. Open the device manager and remove every USB ROOT (Hub) entry. After a restart Windows will search (and find) and install the necessary drivers by itself.

Thanked 0 Times in 0 PostsThere are plenty usb drivers already on your PC (but not yet installed), you don't have to be connected to the internet for that simple task.
It could be that a program or a device corrupted the USB driver somehow ... the way I described is a very simple and safe way to reinstall the USB drivers.

i was the usb cable which cames with the meizu ... i tried with another one and it works ...
