Problems labeling music

Me and my sister both have meizu m6(mine being white and hers black) and for some reason, I can label my music through going through properties and then summary to label things such as artist and things. On my sisters, when I try to label her files, it does not go to summary; instead, it goes to details and notes. The music file still works, but it is labeled under unknown artist and album, although when I take the file and put it in one of my computer's folders, the artist and album appears. I tried putting it back on, but it still would not work? Does anyone know why the meizu isnt labeling the music right? I've tried medimonkey but that hasn't worked.

try mp3tag, i use it, its very good!

could it be that i have it in mtp for the usb? would that do that?
