What is the best way to organize files?

Just ordered an M6 SL 8GB. What would be the best way to organize my mp3 files? Is it best to use folders for Genre and sub folders for artist? Is there a folder limit? Thanks for any suggestions.

Best to just have albums then music directly in there. And then have album art named the same as the mp3's ID3 tags' album name, within the same folder. Personally, organizing it any other way (by artist, genre, year, etc.) is a waste of time.
