Hi!
I just bought a M6 SL and now i'm trying to create playlists. But the only thing that the player can do is to add chosen tracks to the default playlist
.
I even tried to search for the default playlist in windows explorer and see how is it made to make copys and change them by hand (!), but the file doesn't exist
.
I even created winamp empty playlists and send them to the meizu but then i can't add any tracks to the new playlists!!
How can this be??? Can't a simple playlist be created? Is there any firmware update on that? Or anyway?? Help me on this
Tks.

Thanked 0 Times in 0 PostsHi,
1. Just go to Music/All Songs and when you want to add the selected Song
to the Playlist, hold down the Play-Button for several seconds. When you
finished the Playlist go to Music/Playlists and open "My Playlist". Scroll
to the end an press "Save Playlist". This is not that hard man :S
2. Just make your Playlist on your PC. Make a new Textfile and change
the Filextension from .txt to .m3u. Open the Playlist with an Editor and
add the Songs like this:
Save the file and copy it to your M6 into the Playlist Folder.Code:\music\Filename.mp3

Thanked 0 Times in 0 PostsI don't own a M6 (yet) but I read in this review
dapreview.net: Content / Digital Audio Players / Meizu M6 vs. Oracom UB-890
Can anyone confirm if this method works? As far as I know an m3u playlist is essentially a list of music files and their locations on your computer, so what about if the file structure on the device is different? Ease of handling playlists is a selling point for me, if I can just copy m3u's across I'd be pleased (my current music player certainly can't).Meizu's M6 can read regular old M3U playlist files, which can be made in many popular music applications, like WinAmp. Just drag them to the 'System' folder on the device and you're good to go.Last edited by SegaFan; 02-12-2008 at 05:57 PM.
