Mezu M6 8gb shuts down / resets at random

Anyone else run into this problem? You are listening to your meizu, you touch it slightly and the whole thing powers off. When you restart it, it rebuilds the whole library. Very annoying. Since rebuilding the library takes 3 or 4 minutes, this is totally a pain. Some times it happens so many times in a row that I have to give up and stop using it.

At first it seemed like a random thing, my finger would brush the power button (not push it, barely touch it) and it would shut off instantly. But recently I've noticed that it seems to actually be shorting out. I noticed that it does this most when it is very dry and there is lots of static. I live in the desert (Utah) and it is very cold and dry now so there is always a lot of static. If I take of my fleece jacket when listening to the meizu, it always shorts out and shuts down so I have to restart it. Some times like that it is obvious, but at other times it seems totally random.

Anyways, I was wondering if other folks have had this problem or if this is actually a hardware problem with my particular player.

Hi. I have never had this problem but it is well known that microelectronics don't like electrostatic charges. Make an experiment : before you touch your Meizu, touch the ground - or an unprepared friend ;-)
If it doesn't shut down or react strange that way, it must be the charge. Maybe wearing different cloth material and shoes could help preventing that.
