I'm sure, you can't do anything about it.

    its for automatic shutdown:
for example: i want to go to sleep with music and the player should stop in 30 minutes: i set sleep timer to 30 minutes.

If you won't turn off after 3 minutes, you can play music on 0 volume

    guy i found the solution!!
just upgrade ur player to 2004.6 FW and the problem is fixed!
i think the guys who made the FW saw this thread lol...
anyways if u dont wanna upgrade FW just put the player on hold and it wont shutdown...

i like it to shutdown after i listened to an entire album and i do not wish to bother to take it out of my pocket to turn it off...
I hope they add the option in the menu where we can choose to turn the option on and to choose an automatic shutdown timer, like after 1, 2, 5 or 10 minutes of inactivity

the sleep timer is not a good solution becouse it does not know how long the album is...

otherwise my battery will be empty everytime i want to listen music witout using the sleep timer...
