Is there a way to make it so that when you turn off the miniplayer, it remembers what song and at what point in the song you were at when you turn the device off? I'm finding it rather annoying that when I power down the device and then bring it up again it automatically goes back to the first song in the music folder.... I would think miniplayer has a way to do that, even the cheapest mp3 players have that capability

Thanked 0 Times in 0 PostsWow, my Miniplayer is doing exactly that: When I turn it off and later I turn it on again it will play exactly the song at the same position, which it played when I turned the player off. And it did that with every firmware!

my miniplayer does that automatically. i dont know whats wrong with yours unless you make the player update the playlist upon start. to avoid so :
1. dont start the player with the hold switch on
2. dont put anything in the usb port on the player when turn on/off

The player will 'forget' the last position inside a song if you watch a video, listen to radio or do a voice recording after playback.

Thanked 0 Times in 0 PostsTangmu is right. My player also remembers the position of the music playback although I was watching a movie.

That's strange, my player (SP/FW2.004.5) definitely can't resume music after watching a video.

Thanked 0 Times in 0 PostsAh, my bad. It only remembers the song, not the position inside a song. (it only remembers the position when turning off an on while music playback).

Thanked 0 Times in 0 PostsThe latest for SP, I installed it a few weeks ago. Well It seems like it DOES have everything to do with the USB. Assuming USB is not connected, it will not reload all my music files and will keep track of the last song played (although not the position, sadly. C'mon, I have a cheap mp3 player that cost 50 bucks 2 YEARS ago and it can do that. Why shouldn't the meizu?). It also remembers the last song played after I run radio or video. It's still annoying that it will reload the mp3 files every time I plug into USB.....I mean at the end of the day I want to recharge the player's batteries but that doesn't mean I don't want it to keep track of what song was playing.....

Thanked 0 Times in 0 PostsI just got my M6 SL, Firmware 2.004.6. The player does not resume from the same position in a song if I go and watch a video in the middle. Is that just how it is?
