meizu doesent show up on mac

i have read many posts about the meizu m6 not showing up on macs. people say that you need to turn it on or that it takes a few times. Well i have tried everything. I have connected it at least 20 times while it was on. I have connected it to a windows vista based computer put music on it then connected it my mac and it still doesn't show up. I am using mac osx 10.3.9. I am guessing that the meizu just isn't mac compatible. o yeah and it worked the first time when i plugged it in and then another time after i updated the firmware on a windows computer.


this is a real stumper help me out

wait, i just did something that worked. i plugged in another thing into a usb and used it then i tried plugging my meizu in and i showed up. maybe a solution for all those like me.
