problem with the touchpad!! need HELP

Hello,
I bought the Meizu M6 2 month ago. Everything went well, but the last 3 weeks the touchpad seems defect.
Sometimes (most of the time) I cant scroll down and it scrolls automatically up.
I tried to put another Firmware, however it did not help at all.
I hope someone got an idea, because I dont want to send it back.

have u tried keeping the enter button (lower) pressed for 5 seconds to get the calibration screen?

calibrate it and then restart...

ok, I tried it 2mins ago.
hmm, when the touchpad reacts normal, it scrolls down (fast). there is no 'calibration screen'.
I have the old version of the m6.

u have a TP version, is the same on both, well, when ur listening to music press the enter button u shod be able to see something like

Status: 0X00 TOUCH
ERROR

POSITION: 0X52 RESPONSE: 0X00

[PLAY]-Calibrate [MENU]-Exit


When you are at this screen, scroll up and down, if you get a red light next to ERROR, you may need to calibrate player (enter or play button and scroll down and up for about 5 seconds, slowly to see response)

when i m listening music and press the enter button, the volume gets lower (like i use the touchpad).

... and i cant reset,hard reset or reset to factory settings ...

Well, for calibration, you have to press and hold the Enter (the arrow key) for at least 5 seconds. 5 full seconds.

To reset, you need to hold it for 15 full seconds--it's a lot longer than you think. And if none of that works, then indeed your Enter key is malfunctioning. May require a factory reset.
