The Meizu M6 currently does not have such a feature.

Windows media player also does not have this feature but it does however have a ratings system.
    Current Rigs:
    8GB iAudio 7 > Not in use
    4GB + 32GB iAudio D2 > Alessandro MS-Pro
Sony MZ-NH1 > Headroom Total Bithead > Grado Labs PS-1
    2GB Meizu M6 T1 > Not in use
    8GB iPod Touch 2G > Shure SE530

No. Ratings from iTunes or WindowsMediaPlayer are not tagged to the tracks. They are saved to a special database. MEIZU therefore cannot read the ratings.

no, if you sync from WMP the Meizu wont read the ratings.
For this that option has to be in the firmware and its not(anymore)

offtopic: what exactly is the purpose of these ratings? One week you like a song, the next you might be tired of it thus rendering the rating useless...
maybe its me but i never understood the use of it

    Agreed.

Ratings on a music player only takes up valuable memory space, which could be used to store more songs or videos. Like Job said, a favourite song does not last forever, thus rendering the ratings useless.

Also, who would spend their afternoons rating songs? You'd have too much times on your hands if you did.

i'm pretty sure WMP DOES have this feature. it's a column called Play Count. it's just not a default column. you'll have to right-click the column headings ang choose Play Count for it to appear.

not sure, but i think that is stored in a separate database and not in the actual song file itself.

hmm.. but why would the song count be stored in the song file? the play count feature should be on the player (be it on a computer or a dap) and not in the song, right?
