Like Eugene, my Meizu has a green screen. I've downloaded the rescource files, but I cannot get my computer to recognize the Meizu after I plugged in the usb cable between the player and my computer.
Further more, I cannot turn off my player! The green screen is on.

    What should I do?
    Help!

It should be recognized by your computer when you have the green screen. To fix this, hold down the button at the bottom of the touchstrip for 1 minute, it should shut down. Restart it and try plugging it into the computer again, it should be able to connect now. Now get new resource files here. Make sure you get the right one for your player version (SP, TP, SL) and plug your player in. Drag and drop the two files into your player's drive in "My Computer" and you're all set. Unplug it and restart it. Let it sit for 5 minutes, and it should be set. hope this helps and Welcome to the forums!
