Firmware Bug reports ?

i know this is not a dane-elec site, but do they watch these threads ?
or can someone tell me where to register this bug ?

this should give a good laugh about what a newbie hath wrought:

i upgraded the firmware to S 2.003.2, no problem
the 'fun' started when i had the M6 in FM tuner the first time
it went into a station scan mode.
and i plugged it into the USB port while it was doing that.
it spent 17 hours in that mode,
i found the soft & hard reset sequences in this forum (thank you)
but they had no effect.
i put it down to search the net for answers
and i couldn't believe, while writing a email to Dane-elec support,
i looked down and saw it menu mode.
then i told it to shut down, and after spending 10 minutes or more at 100%
on the shutting down progress, it shut off, again while i wasn't looking.

the touch pad was recording finger motion all that time,
but during the time it was 'locked up" ,
the on-off/play button didn't work, the resets didn't work, etc

now after a normal start all seems well !
go figure !

you know scanning for radios and plugging in the usb cable isnt a clever thing
