Besides the M6, what other players do you have (and like)?

I love the M6 that I have. My other player is an Archos 404 which I also really like a lot. I would say that both players get about 50/50 usage.

I use the M6 when a smallness, light weight and music is the main use. However, for videos and movies and such, the 404 is what is carried. The larger 3.5in. screen makes viewing more pleasurable. Downside is that the 404 weighs about 6.7oz. and battery does not last as long (only about 4 hours for video - the M6 goes for almost 7 hours on video).

I've got a couple of chipods. My 4gb one doesn't compare to the video or actually any capabilities of my Meizu, but it is a decent player for the price. It actually has a pretty decent battery life of 4 hours for videos. A rare quality in an inexpensive player.

I haven't touched it since I got the M6, but I enjoyed it.

I have a PSP as well, 1006 metallic blue. And of course a Miniplayer (2GB white). They are both pretty hot, but have a slight different in size =P/

I have quite a few chipods/other actions chipset players (which I honestly haven't touched after I bought the m6 except to lend out to friends), a couple of rockchip mp3/mp4 players, and a few branded players including the Samsung YP-Z5 and the Creative Zen Microphoto. I use the m6 and my 2.4" rockchip player side by side. I can't pass up the music quality of my m6, but I find the video quality is better on my rockchip.

    Heh

I had a Teclast T29 which I used for music mostly and I liked it. I have also owned a Teclast C280, which I sold after some weeks because of the crappy touch buttons that didn't resond very well. It worked great for video tho. But uh, the battery was short compared to Meizu's.

I have owned a Nano clone. It was ok, but nothing more. The battery was around 4h. The GUI was crappy. The video on it sucked. The sound was kinda ok. Crappy quality.

I have owned another cheap noname MP4 which was a bit better than the nano clone (better battery etc.)

I have also owned a Devner "Mp4 player" which was ok, but the sound had a white nosie, the gui sucked and the browsing was very slow.

I prefer my Meizu over the Teclast and other players I'v owned.

Original iPod Mini, Original iPod Shuffle, some old school MP3 player that requires a compact flash card for memory and of course an M6. The M6 is by far the best and the only one that plays video.

I still recommend iPod's to friends and familhy who aren't technically inclined (since most use iTunes regardless if they have an MP3 player or not) and just "want it to work"....It has nothing to do with quality or price/performance. It is just easy to use.

As for me, I have a 1GB silver MobiBlu cube player.
It's kind of old school compared to the current color screens goodness, but was still better in size and readability than many others at the time.

I suspect the battery to be slowly dying though, and one of the "features" of the device is that you should not leave the earphones plugged when it's off, or it will discharge faster than you can possibly imagine

I have a number of ChiPods, Branded Rockchip players and my M6 Mini Player.

I still use them all for various reasons, the Chipods are great when working in the garage, garden etc. and the M6 for listening to music when in bed or relaxing, nothing can come close to the sound quality.

Unfortunately I prefer my Rockchip players for video playback and due to this I am more likely to carry one of these around with me.

I have read many posts like this and on different forums, I must say that 'DaremoS' really knows his stuff when it comes to comparing these devices and now I really want a Telcast.

I'm using a friend's APPLE Ipod Shuffle. It's easy/convenient to use, but i ordered the M6 SL because i believe the audio will be such a huge improvement :] also i like the aesthetics and video capability i never had in a dap before.

I have the M6 and a Clix2. I love them both but wish the best features of both could be combined into one. The sound quality of the M6 is outstanding while the user interface of the Clix is outstanding. The M6 has the annoying end of song stutter which does not happen with the same files on the Clix. The M6 has low volume hiss which the Clix doesn't have. But in all other aspects the M6 is wins hands down in sound quality over the Clix. However the interface of the Clix is head and shoulders above the M6. I love the menu system and themes of the Clix. The Clix screen is simply stunning. So...bottom line.... if I could have the Clix with the sound quality of the M6 (without the stutter and hiss) I would have the perfect DAP.

I have a 3G iPod 15GB (bought used) and still waiting on my M6 SL (freakin excited to play with it!). The M6 isn't really replacing the ipod, but I wanted something new, with the ability to play video that didn't cost $300+ and relatively small in size. But the M6 can play FLAC which is what I backup my collection in so it was a natural choice. The ipod has been alright, but I don't have anything compare it to either.

I have a Creative MuVo Tx 256Mb, which was my loyal PMP for a long time. I actually like this player, or at least used to like it, before being blown away by the awesome sound quality of my new M6SL.

I also owned an Ingo IL DIVO 2Gb (not that I like the band "IL DIVO"), for a few days, until I decided to return it for a complete refund. That was one hell of a crappy player!

My phone SonyEricsson V600i also plays music files, and has a very nice sound quality, but the non expandable 32Mb are a blocker.

i once had an ipod mini which i did certainly love. it fell in water and got screwed. i havent had a mp3 player for a good while until i went on newegg.com and saw it and read the reviews. i fell in love instantly and ordered one. from that day on, im in love with my m6.

i was at school 2day (University of the West Indies) bragging about my m6 and the skin and the sound quality.
