Difference between Dane-Elec and regular Meizu M6s?

But is there a difference between the "DANE-ELEC" model and regular Meizu ...

    Difference between Dane-Elec and regular Meizu M6s?

    Been looking at http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16855625004 for some time now...

    But is there a difference between the "DANE-ELEC" model and regular Meizu model? Or are they the same thing?

    both the same, but dane-elec has a different firmware, but you can put dane-elec firmware or normal firmware on both. so they are the same.

    i think this has been discussed over and over

    anyway... the players are hardwarewise exactly the same
    DE puts their own firmware on it...
    the original(meizu) firmware is nicer

    What's nicer about the Meizu hardware, and what are the differences ?

    If I remember correctly, the difference is that the Dane-Elec firmware does not have an FM tuner and the volume cannot be turned up past 30.

    As for the Meizu firmware, there is an FM tuner and volume goes up to 40 (this can be limited, however, at the user's discretion).

    arent all skins, alteration etc on this forum based on the original firmware?
