    I'm Whole Again!!!

On Tuesday I went out to buy a Teclast T-39 player. I've been hearing good about that brand so I decided to try it out. After I bought it and brought it home to play around with, I found out there was something wrong with the screens calibration so I needed to bring it back.
First I decided to test the sound anyways so I uploaded a few songs on it, and set the equalizers. The bass was not as good as I anticipated it to be. However the EQ was kinda cool.
So today I went back to the store and exchanged the player for a MiniPlayer instead of a Music Card which I initially intended, but the price difference was minuscule so I went for a bigger screen.

I gotta say, nothing can match Meizu.
    :D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

PS any Teclast fans reading this, I don't mean to say Teclast isn't good, it just didn't have the bass I was looking for.

Good input. Now that you have the M6, who's the video quality and interface compared to the T39? Any other comments comparing the two? Thx.

The miniplayer's screen size is 2.4 in, whilst the T-39 is slightly bigger at 2.6 in. They both have the same resolution so playback should be slightly better on the T-39. However on the screen part it was hard for me to judge because of the crappy screen protect that it came with. That made the screen look slighty worse.
The viewing angles I thought was pretty good. But considering you're using a touch screen, you would be watching a screen full of fingerprints, that is if you don't carry a cleaning cloth around.
The Teclast player has got more software loaded onto it, so I view it as more of a multitasking machine.

I feel that for music listeners like me, the Meizu is better fitted for me, for the who like to fidget and play around with stuff, I think the Teclast 39 would be a better approach.

bigger screen, same resolution equals less detail on screen if i am not mistaken..

thats not to say the T39 isnt good at video cause it does 30 fps right??

btw...i also have been disappointed with sound quality of Teclast players.
It seems the Teclast players look better on paper than they sound in real life. That snot to say its bad, just that its not upto the meizu level

Echo... It's nice to hear you experience. Teclast have gain some reputation, as Meizu have done, both brands producing the best Chinese DAP from that country. As you were fond of movies, seems that you have take a great decision, choosing M6.
Anyway, but I've heard from a guy from www.mympxplayer.org who do a review and comparison with M6 here http://www.mympxplayer.org/review-me...ge-vt5634.html M3 is even better in sound. I haven't heard yet a M6, but the sound of M3 is the best I've heard: I own a Rockchip, a simp3 and I've tested many times an iPod and Music Card beat them all.
    Congratulations:D

Yea, the M3 was pretty sweet, but yea since the price diff wasn't that much, I went for the M6
