Memory allocation of your M6

After filling almost all of my 4GB with music and videos. I was asking how is your allocation of your Meizu?

Mine is this, sorry it's in german made with Baobab, a tool in the gnome-desktop environment. 75% Music, 25% Video = 100% Fun

Rows are the sub-sub-directories below

This means for my taste of music: for a couple of bands I want to travel with the full catalog, the rest are beloved albums like "Bloc Partys-weekend in the city" ...

Only 20 files in your Music Folder, and 2.7 Mb ! Are they FLAC ones ?

it says 2.7gb, I think the file number is wrong

I put 5gb of music(I just made a "smart playlist"(in itunes) of most played songs and limited the search to 5gbs, itunes is helpful sometimes(-: )

the rest is for video but I also put a few funny gifs, and backgrounds

It means 20 folders in the first level. I have 425 mp3 files coded with vbr- lame. This visualization only looks good, no real usage! :D

They are short-movies (between 5 and 50 minutes length), some of them are animation ones and the others are "classical" !

Exemples:

• Music for one apartment and six drummers
• The big shave
• Ilha das flores
• Un chien andalou
• Flat life
• Cindy, the doll is mine
• Battle of the bands
• Cashback
• Hallucii
• La jetée
• La chatte andalouse...

Okay I'm getting a idea, for what are you using the video feature. Never thought about it. Just thinking to collect Monty Python classics on my M6 now ...

Music -5.37 GB , 887 files & 69 folders.
Videos - 981 MB & 55 files.
Pictures - 21.2mb , 245 files & 11 folders.

Just create a desktop.ini file (with notepad) with this :

[{BE098140-A513-11D0-A3A4-00C04FD706EC}]
IconArea_Image=name.jpg
IconArea_Text=0x000000FF

Copy/paste it (change "name" with the name of your image) , with the image file in your miniPlayer's root !
For more informations on fonts colors codes (as 0x000000FF), take a look here !

ok, so i put the images into the root and then turn off the player to implement the settings?

Download this zip file, unzip it and copy the 2 files in your miniPlayer's root, then navigate one time in your miniPlayer's folders (on your computer) and when you'll come back in the M6 "front page" the image will appear !
