We all saw the April fools prank by "Marcelo1251" about MeizuMe being bought by Meizu, but it seems it may not be a bad idea.

I appears the official English Meizu forum may have been abandoned. User questions and comments are going unanswered with no input from the Admin Group. "Ice-Orange" has not even logged in for over a month. The site now seems to be a drop point for daily Mobile Phone spam.

Might be worthwhile contacting Meizu with a proposal. MeizuMe is far better equiped with multi-language forums to help support increasing sales throughout Europe and the English speaking world. In the very least I think official recognition and sponsership by Meizu would be a worthwhile investment for them in terms of sales and market expansion.

not sure if meizu will actually pay the owners of meizume to admin meizu based items/information to help with consumers...

Even if they just looked in to check up on our suggestions/problems it would be a big improvement. (Maybe they already do?). I know that won't help with running costs, but it would be a start.

Quite hard actually, not sure if err0r would sell this site ever.
Also, I think Meizu is letting the engish site away because they feel that MeizuMe is dealing with all that.

I would not suggest that err0r sell the site, quite the opposite. I merely point out that an opportunity exists to forge a stronger relationship with Meizu by offering to assist them in providing a invaluable customer service.

One of the reasons this site was started was because I thought that I, and eventually others, could provide better support here than on the Meizu official forum.

The other reason was that the official forum was very slow for foreign visitors.

But it would be good if the ppl from meizu would read this forum and take suggestions and help with a solution if you ppl can't. That you could even point them out about some problems so they don't have to read every thread.
