Case Alternatives

There has been a lot of talk about the "crystal" versus "silicone" cases. I like to use my M6 without a case, but with the original protective films intact.

There are other methods of protecting your miniPlayer; I carry mine around in a small, zippered coin purse that is just big enough for the M6 and a pair of Sony MDR-EX51LP headphones. The padded purse has a key loop that clips to my belt, and I can use the headphones with the bag zippered shut. It is not practical to control the device while in the purse, but I usually just let it play, unless I am watching a video. The stock earphones and the M6 will also store snugly into an empty 50g Altoids tin!

Anyone else have any suggestions?

Found the case listed in this thread; now I am using it instead, works great!

Post some pics please , If yuo can find another one ill buy it and pay for shiopping + Profit if they are nice.

In fact,"crystal" case would abrade the M6's shell.our classmate and I alway use "silicone" to protect M6.

I didn't think that too much.

altoids???? is that a mint? or a tonsil coindition?

Here is what the case (Case Logic MP3 Player Case - WMPC4) looks like. Unfortunately, Case Logic does not have it displayed on their website; I assume it is an older model.

it's just like a little package of mints in a rectangle tin that you can buy at most convenience stores

Thank you very much, I will post it maybe on friday, if my mum will come again. Yesterday she was about 50cm length with the cord, maybe I need daily status report from her ... :D

It looks like your mother's project is finished, she did a great job! It is very cute (like the owner) and well constructed, but a little too "gender specific" for a guy like me. I will continue to use my Case Logic case until I find something better.
