lol nerver heard of this before, maybe there is something wrong with your hardware, that the positive also connects with the back frame, because the negative is the outside i think, and then you get a shock, i should send it back to meizu, before you could do some damage to your hardware of your player or computer

Maybe try touching bare metal on the back of your PC... do you also get a shock? If yes, it might be that the PC's "ground" is not really... grounded (this is obviously not a good thing). And it connects through the USB cable's ground wire to the Meizu's back.

    Interesting, in any case!

EDIT: I used to have a PC like that. Also got nasty shocks. I could see sparks fly between the PC's case and a wire connected to a radiator . And there was a low hum (50Hz probably) in the HiFi system the PC was connected to, if the ad-hoc radiator grounding wire was not connected. Proper grounding is really important...

Make sure the PC is Earthed/Grounded using 3 pin mains plug/lead. Your PC is DANGEROUS as it is and may also damage any external peripherals/device that are connected to it. If you have an volt meter hold one probe in your hand and the other to bare metal on the PC and it will give you some idea of the voltage differance, a well earthed and SAFE PC will be at about 0V.
